Terra Nova has invested in four separate entities.  A brief discussion of those companies follows:

International Greenhouse Produce, S.A. de C.V.:  International Greenhouse Produce (IGP) is one of Mexico's top greenhouse vegetable producers.  Located in Culiacan, Sinaloa, it owns the largest contiguous greenhouse operation in North America.  Its primary products are tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers, almost all of which are exported to the United States and Canada.  IGP produces only during the winter season, between November and June, when North American prices are relatively high.  The company was formerly known as Melones Internacional.

Agricultores de Maiz, S.A. de C.V.:  Agricultores de Maiz (ADM) is engaged in the business of buying, rehabilitating, leasing, and selling land for corn farming in Mexico.  Corn land in Mexico is often less productive than it could be, in large part because of under-investment in modern drainage systems.  ADM seeks to buy, clean and desalinize such land.  ADM expects that this process, coupled with the implementation of state-of-the-art production techniques, should dramatically boost the land's yield.

Nueva Agronomia Nayarit, S.A. de C.V.:  Like IGP, Nueva Agronomia Nayarit (NASA) is engaged in greenhouse vegetable production.  Located in a relatively cooler microclimate in the state of Nayarit, NASA's production comes primarily in September through May.  NASA completed the construction of its first commercial-scale greenhouses in 2010, with the enthusiastic support of the Nayarit state government.

SafetyChain Software, Inc.:  SafetyChain provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to help suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers monitor and analyze testing information to ensure that consumable products - such as food and pharmaceuticals - reach the consumer untainted and safe.   The company's solutions provide for "safety chain management," allowing all participants in the supply safety chain to track quality assurance results and create real time alerts during any part of the process. Although SafetyChain is headquartered in California, it is well positioned to serve the Mexican agriculture companies that are Terra Nova's prime focus, and the company expects that IGP and NASA will become clients.
